Chelsie Rattanni
Managing Director of Program Strategy and Business Development
Chelsie Rattanni works across the Corus International family of organizations to create and strengthen new business strategies and processes. With over 14 years of experience in domestic and international community development, Ms. Rattanni has proven success in bringing together key stakeholders, managing and providing strategic guidance to country teams, and developing winning proposals for a wide range of institutional donors, including USAID, USDA, the European Union, and FCDO.
Ms. Rattanni began her career as a Girls Education and Empowerment Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo. Prior to her work at Corus International, Ms. Rattanni was a medical case manager for French-speaking individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Additionally, Ms. Rattanni worked with the Maryland Department of Health to analyze the effects of urban design on public health outcomes. Ms. Rattanni has her Master’s of Community Planning from the University of Maryland and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Natural Resource Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
