Keystone NGO Partner Summary

In 2010, LWR had a great opportunity to gather feedback and to learn from its partners around the world. As part of a consortium of US and European relief and development agencies, we participated in a survey of our field-based partners to rate and comment on different aspects of the partnership.

The survey was conducted by Keystone Accountability, a British organization, as an independent third party. Keystone published a summary report of the findings and produced individual reports for each agency, with their agency-specific results benchmarked against the results of the entire group.

LWR ranked highly in most areas, with 82% of respondents rating LWR better than other NGOs for its “overall value” contributing to their work. The reports also highlighted some areas for improvement; LWR has shared the results with field staff and is using the findings as the basis for continuing conversations about improving our work with partner organizations in communities experiencing poverty and marginalization around the world.
