No matter what you are able to do to help, someone, somewhere in the world, will always remember your kindness. And the more people that get involved, the faster we will end poverty, injustice and suffering. For many congregations, assembling Kits or holding a Fair Trade Fair is a great way to bring young and old together, and serves as a faith witness to your community. Anyone is welcome — you, your book club, or your Scout’s troop. Joining together for a meaningful cause not only brings you closer to one another but to communities across the world where your efforts will make a difference. Even a small gesture helps. Sending an LWR School Kit means a child somewhere is able to attend school this year; and what she learns will someday make life better for her children.
