Situation Reports: Hurricane Matthew #12

At nearly 10 weeks after Hurricane Matthew’s devastating path through Haiti, the needs on the ground — triggered by heavy winds, widespread floods, landslides, infrastructure damage and population displacement — still remain high in affected communities. As of today, gaps in food security, shelter, health, and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) are being reported by humanitarian actors who are now mainly focusing their efforts on early recovery interventions.
